Do I get to choose who I hire?

Yes! You tell us what your family needs and we’ll send you resumes and personalized letters from a selection of pre-screened Nannies that we feel will be a good fit. You review the resumes and letters at your leisure and let us know who you’d like to meet, then we’ll coordinate your meeting. The final decision is up to you. We believe whole-heartedly that families should love the Nanny they hire, so we don’t draw up a contract until you’ve offered them a position with your family.
