LAUNCH FEE

There is a $799 (non-refundable) launch fee for national placements payable once you fill in our application. This gets us started on your Nanny search in cities outside our regular service areas.

NANNY AGENCY FEES

Nanny Agency Fee: For Part-time or Full-time Nanny Placements lasting from 2 weeks to permanent, the agency fee is 20% of the Nanny’s annual gross salary with minimum fees of $5,000.

All Permanent Full-time Placements with contracts lasting 12 months or longer include payroll services, so all you have to do on payday is print and pay.

NANNY RATES

Nannies typically earn $25 – $35+/hour gross. A member of our team will be happy to discuss current Nanny rates in your area. These rates depend on the job market in your city, the Nanny’s qualification and experience, and what the job entails.
