What are the fees associated with hiring an NCS?

There is a $499 (non-refundable) launch fee payable once you fill in our application. This gets us started on your Nanny/Newborn Care Specialist search.

There is an agency fee of $1,000 per month for a maximum of 12 months. 

The NCS typically earn between $35 – $50/hour gross, depending on your area and current market rates. 

These rates depend on the job market in your city, the NCS’s qualifications and experience, and what the job entails.
