What happens if things don't work out with the Nanny I hired?

We understand that it isn't always a match with the Nanny you chose to hire. 

As in all new Employee/Employer contracts, there is a probationary period for the first 3 months of your employment, where either party can terminate the contract without notice or pay in lieu. Our replacement policy mirrors the probationary period. 
'If the Nanny resigns or is terminated within 90 days from their first day of work the Agency will make reasonable efforts for 90 days to provide additional referrals for a maximum of one replacement nanny to the Client. In the situation where the Nanny is terminated, the Nanny must be aware of the termination before a new search can be conducted.'
