How do I pick a start date for my Newborn Care Specialist?

As Newborn Care Specialists schedule positions to start several months in advance, they are often unable to begin the contract earlier (or end the contract later) due to scheduling conflicts. Because of this, NCS will typically have a 1-2 week range for the start date and a minimum length of the contract. If your baby arrives early, the NCS will make every effort to start earlier, pending no scheduling conflicts. If your baby arrives late, on the other hand, you will still be expected to begin compensating the NCS until your newborn arrives.
