Extended Replacement Policy

The extended replacement policy is a service add-on from The Nanny Solution, designed to extend our standard 3-month nanny replacement policy to a full 12 months. For an additional cost of $365, this ensures that if your nanny placement doesn’t work out during the first 365 days, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

The extended replacement policy add-on can be purchased at the time of the initial nanny placement*. If a replacement is needed within the 12-month period, our standard replacement replacement policy terms will be followed. It's important to note that the add-on is non-refundable, it is an assurance policy for potential replacement services if needed within the 12-month timeframe.

This add-on covers any nanny placement made through The Nanny Solution (full time or part time). To purchase the $365 for 365 add-on, clients can contact our team at The Nanny Solution, who will guide through the process and ensure the add-on is applied to the invoice.
