How are the nannies screened?

The Nanny Solution is proud of our extensive screening process. This includes:

• A personal interview by one of our team members
• A current and clear Criminal Record Check
• Reference Verification
• A valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
• A driving record (if they drive)
• Social media screening

• Government issued ID 

  
  

In addition to the minimum requirements, our target candidates are those with formal education, child development courses, teaching/tutoring background, second languages, passions for cooking, travel experience and special certifications (swimming, infant toddler, nursing, newborn care, etc).
